Subscription Services
Free Plan: No charges apply, and thus no refunds are available.
Premium Plan: Refund requests for the premium subscription must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period.
API Services
Refunds for API usage fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date, and refunds will be issued for unused API credits.
Trading and Broking Services
Fees associated with trading and broking services are non-refundable. Please review the terms provided by the third-party broker for their specific refund policies.
Cross-Sold Products
Refunds for additional financial products and services offered through SharekeyX will be governed by the respective product/service provider’s refund policy. Please refer to their terms and conditions for more details.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@sharekeyx.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Refund Approval
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused services beyond the initial 14-day refund period.
