ShareKeyX Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No website checkout

The ShareKeyX website has no checkout and does not currently sell subscriptions, research credits, API access, or brokerage services. Razorpay web checkout is not currently available and is intended only for a much later, separately approved web-payment phase. There are therefore no current website purchases to cancel or refund.

2. Apple App Store purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases and decides refund eligibility under its terms and applicable law. An eligible request is submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com. Subscriptions purchased through Apple can be managed or cancelled in the Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling normally prevents future renewal; it does not itself refund the current billing period.

3. Google Play purchases

Google Play processes Play purchases and applies its refund rules and applicable law. Refund eligibility can depend on the purchase and time elapsed. Use the Google Play refund processor contact ShareKeyX support when Google directs you to the developer. Manage or cancel a Play subscription through the Google Play subscription centre. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

4. Subscriptions and research-credit packs

Store product details shown immediately before purchase control the price, currency, period, renewal, and included research credits. Credit packs are consumable digital units and subscriptions provide recurring access and the stated periodic credits. ShareKeyX fulfils only after server verification of the store transaction and will not charge for a product the store does not return as available.

5. Refund, revocation, and restoration effects

When a store confirms a refund, revocation, or chargeback, the related entitlement and unused or fraudulently obtained credits may be removed through a visible compensating ledger entry. A valid restoration or corrected provider state is reconciled without a duplicate grant. This does not restrict any non-waivable consumer right.

6. Referrals and affiliate commission

A customer’s refund right is never reduced because a referral or affiliate was involved. A refunded or charged-back qualifying purchase may disqualify or reverse related promotional referral credits and may reduce unpaid affiliate EGB or commission through a disclosed adjustment, reserve, or later negative carryforward. It cannot authorize an undisclosed bank debit. See the Referral and Affiliate Programme documentation.

7. Purchase support

For missing credits, duplicate fulfilment, a product mismatch, or help identifying the purchase channel, contact info@sharekeyx.com with the platform, transaction date, product, and a non-sensitive receipt or order identifier. Do not send full card details, passwords, API secrets, authentication codes, or one-time passwords. ShareKeyX support cannot promise a fixed refund window or override a store decision.
