Important ShareKeyX Notices
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These notices highlight operational facts that can change by account, release, provider, or territory. The signed-in capability state, provider checkout, installed app version, and official account message are authoritative for availability.
1. Feature and deployment status
A feature described on a public page, help article, document, screenshot, roadmap, or another client may still be disabled, read-only, staged, account-limited, or unavailable. Website, Android, iOS, backend, database, provider, Community, and affiliate releases are separate evidence layers. Do not treat source code or documentation as proof of live availability.
2. Pricing and billing
Website prices currently use the approved fixed conversion of ₹100 per US$1 for the web INR catalogue. Razorpay, Apple, or Google displays the final currency, taxes, payment method, renewal period, mandate, and amount before purchase. A Payment Link or subscription Plan ID does not itself prove that web billing is enabled. ShareKeyX grants value only after server-side provider verification.
3. Community, moderation, and synthetic content
Community profiles and content are user-generated. Instrument tags link discussion to a canonical stock or crypto record; BUY, NEUTRAL, and SELL are community opinion—not investment advice or analyst consensus. Public content can be copied or captured by others. Reporting, blocking, labels, distribution controls, automated screening, human review, and appeals reduce risk but do not guarantee immediate detection or removal.
Users must identify materially AI-generated or synthetically altered information when the product or applicable law requires it. A label does not establish truth, ownership, safety, endorsement, or absence of manipulation.
4. AI, data, and execution states
AI outputs may be wrong. Missing timestamps, delayed data, incomplete fundamentals, estimated fields, provider errors, local previews, and stale order states must not be represented as verified current fact. “Pending”, “submitted”, “cancel requested”, or a browser success state is not final execution or settlement. Independently verify against the authoritative source.
5. Referral and affiliate status
Programme documentation describes rules and controls, but an individual benefit exists only when the signed-in account shows an active referral or approved affiliate state and the applicable agreement or offer is effective. Application, KYC/KYB, a code, link attribution, leaderboard display, conversion estimate, or gross billing does not guarantee approval, commission, discount, credits, or payout.
6. Security and anti-fraud
Browser code and public data cannot be made secret merely by encryption or screenshot restrictions. ShareKeyX therefore keeps provider secrets and privileged operations on the server, limits public data, uses authenticated sessions and audit trails, and applies abuse, rate, attribution, and provider checks. Do not share credentials or assume that blocking, watermarking, obfuscation, or a disabled context menu prevents copying.
7. External processing and provider terms
Authentication, payments, stores, hosting, databases, email, push notifications, market data, AI, maps, identity or bank verification, brokers, exchanges, tax checks, and payout operations may involve external providers. Each provider controls its own terms and independent processing. See the Privacy Policy and the provider notice shown at the point of use.
8. Accessibility and support
ShareKeyX aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA across owned web experiences, while third-party hosted interfaces and some dense charts or legacy content can have limitations. Read the Accessibility Statement or request assistance atinfo@sharekeyx.com.
