ShareKeyX Terms of Service

1. Operator, scope, and acceptance

ShareKeyX is operated by Rusaka Technologies Private Limited. “ShareKeyX”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator; “you” refers to the person or entity using a covered service. “Provider” includes an app store, payment processor, data source, AI service, identity or bank-verification service, broker, exchange, communications service, hosting service, or other integrated third party.

By using a covered service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Important Notices, Community rules presented in-product, and any feature-specific agreement you accept. If you use ShareKeyX for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant feature.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and be legally permitted to use the selected service and provider in your location. A provider may impose additional age, territory, identity, financial, suitability, or account requirements.

Give accurate, current information; maintain one genuine canonical account unless we approve otherwise; protect your password, passkeys, one-time codes, devices, session, and connected credentials; and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. You may not lend, sell, transfer, impersonate, automate, or create accounts to evade billing, eligibility, moderation, attribution, rate, safety, or fraud controls. You remain responsible for instructions sent through your account except where applicable law allocates responsibility differently.

3. Product surfaces and availability

ShareKeyX may provide public company, securities, mutual-fund, crypto, chart, news, resource, calculator, and educational pages; a signed-in dashboard; watchlists; AI reports and chat; Community profiles and discussions; notifications; wallet and subscription records; privacy controls; referral and affiliate workflows; and Advanced connected-account, portfolio, order, and reconciliation tools.

A feature shown in documentation, pricing, source material, a screenshot, or another platform is not a promise that it is enabled for your account. Availability can depend on app version, subscription, credits, identity, provider, instrument, territory, market hours, feature flag, capacity, security state, controlled rollout, and legal approval. We may use read-only, waitlist, staged, or emergency-disabled modes.

4. AI services, subscriptions, and credits

AI reports and chat are probabilistic research tools. Inputs may include your prompt, selected instrument, permitted account context, retrieved sources, prior conversation context, and system safety instructions. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, unsupported, inconsistent, or incorrect. You must review sources, timestamps, assumptions, and limitations and must not use an output as the sole basis for a financial, legal, tax, medical, employment, or other consequential decision.

Premium is the recurring research tier, offered in weekly, monthly, six-month, and annual periods where available. Advanced includes Premium research plus eligible connected-account, portfolio, order, and reconciliation workflows and is offered monthly or annually. One-time AI credit packs do not unlock Premium or Advanced. After one eligible introductory company report, each later report uses 500 credits; stock chat uses 1 credit per 100 generated tokens. The confirmation shown before a charge is authoritative for that request.

Credits are limited, non-transferable application units with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, pledged, transferred between users, or used outside ShareKeyX. Ledger entries may include grants, purchases, usage, reversals, expiry where disclosed, corrections, and compensating entries. A failed verified job follows an idempotent credit-refund and reconciliation lifecycle; this is not a cash refund.

5. Website and mobile billing

Where website billing is enabled, signed-in users may purchase one-time credit packs through a customer-bound Razorpay Payment Link and recurring products through Razorpay Subscriptions. The checkout shown by Razorpay controls the final INR amount, taxes, supported payment method, recurring mandate, invoice, and payment status. A browser return page never grants value; ShareKeyX fulfils only after server-side provider verification.

Website INR reference prices are derived from the approved product catalogue using a fixed ₹100 per US$1 conversion until a later published price version replaces it. Apple App Store and Google Play remain the mobile purchase rails. Their purchase sheet controls the localized price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal, eligibility, receipt, cancellation, and refund channel. We do not receive your full card number from Razorpay, Apple, or Google.

A recurring subscription renews according to the provider authorisation until cancelled. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal and is not automatically a refund of an existing charge. Account deletion and app uninstallation do not necessarily cancel a provider subscription. Review the Refund Policy and the provider interface before purchase.

6. Community and user content

Community features may allow you to create a public profile; follow, block, or hide users; publish, edit, like, share, comment on, or report posts; tag a canonical stock or crypto instrument; and express BUY, NEUTRAL, or SELL sentiment. Instrument-tagged discussion may appear in that instrument’s Community area. Community sentiment is user opinion—not ShareKeyX research, analyst consensus, or investment advice.

Public handles, display names, biographies, avatars, posts, comments, reactions, public follow relationships, instrument mentions, sentiment, and timestamps may be visible to other users and may be copied, quoted, linked, indexed, or captured by them. A block or deletion control changes ShareKeyX presentation and access but cannot recall copies another person already made. Do not publish private account, identity, payment, portfolio, KYC, credential, or contact information.

You must not publish unlawful content; confidential or personal data without authority; threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, self-harm encouragement, malware, fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, spam, coordinated manipulation, undisclosed promotion, fabricated transactions, guaranteed-return claims, pump-and-dump activity, or instructions to evade market, provider, or platform controls. Clearly disclose material relationships and label materially AI-generated or synthetically altered content where required by product rules or law.

ShareKeyX may use automated screening and human review, reduce distribution, label, lock, remove, preserve, or restore content, restrict an account, and disclose information when lawfully required. Reports, blocks, appeals, and emergency escalation are available where enabled. Moderation is risk-based and cannot guarantee that every harmful item is detected or removed immediately.

7. Market information and financial-content boundary

ShareKeyX provides general educational research and information. Through these product surfaces, ShareKeyX does not act as your investment adviser, research analyst, broker, portfolio manager, custodian, fiduciary, lawyer, accountant, or tax adviser. Content is not a personalized recommendation, solicitation, suitability assessment, offer, or assurance of return. Risk-profile answers may personalize education or controls but do not convert the product into regulated personalized advice.

Prices, corporate information, filings, ratios, NAVs, news, charts, technical indicators, portfolio values, and crypto data may be delayed, adjusted, stale, incomplete, or unavailable. Verify material facts against the relevant exchange, issuer, fund, regulator, broker, or other authoritative source. Investing and trading can cause loss of some or all capital.

8. Connected brokers, exchanges, and orders

An eligible Advanced user may connect a supported broker or crypto exchange using the user’s own credentials or delegated authorisation and may submit a user-confirmed instruction to the selected provider. ShareKeyX does not take custody of customer money or securities through these features. The broker or exchange record is authoritative for balances, positions, orders, fees, taxes, execution, cancellation, and settlement.

Provider availability, permissions, market hours, liquidity, slippage, rejection, latency, rate limits, and outages apply. An acknowledgement, preview, “pending” state, timeout, or local display is not proof of execution. Review every order and provider statement. AI cannot submit an order. The platform market-data credential is not substituted for a customer credential; Binance user features require the user’s own scoped Spot credentials. Binance withdrawals, transfers, margin, and futures are not supported.

9. Referrals and affiliates

Standard referrals and cash affiliates are separate programmes. A referral may grant 750 non-cash promotional credits only after a genuinely new customer completes an eligible first purchase and identity, provider, refund-hold, and fraud checks clear. An affiliate relationship begins only after application, approval, required KYC or KYB and bank or tax verification, and acceptance of the effective affiliate agreement.

Link, code, cookie, install, IP, sign-up, or dashboard attribution is provisional until the canonical customer account and verified purchase are reconciled. IP address alone does not determine attribution. Discounts, tier rates, eligible billing, reserves, withholding, payout timing, quality thresholds, and appeal rights are controlled by the effective programme terms and statement version. Quality review may consider both refund and chargeback count and value rates, sample size, fraud evidence, and the applicable review window, with human review and an appeal path where the programme terms provide one. No click, conversion, tier, commission estimate, leaderboard position, or payout is guaranteed.

Self-referral, account farming, cookie stuffing, code scraping, forced redirects, purchased lists, spam, hidden paid relationships, fake reviews, misleading claims, and transaction or refund manipulation are prohibited. Refunds, chargebacks, duplicates, or fraud may create a transparent compensating reward or commission entry without reducing a customer’s statutory rights. 10. Acceptable use and platform integrity

You must not:

• access another person’s account, session, credential, portfolio, KYC, or private data;
• bypass authentication, paywalls, feature gates, robots controls, rate limits, moderation, provider restrictions, or security measures;
• scrape, crawl, copy, resell, reverse engineer, probe, overload, or automate restricted services except through an expressly authorised interface and licence;
• introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, falsify provider events, manipulate a wallet or ledger, or test a vulnerability without written authorisation;
• use ShareKeyX for unlawful trading, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, or other unlawful activity; or
• represent that ShareKeyX, a regulator, exchange, broker, issuer, or data provider endorses your content or promotion when it does not.

11. Intellectual property and content licence

ShareKeyX software, design, branding, databases, compilations, documentation, and original content belong to Rusaka Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the available service for lawful internal research. Third-party data and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, translate, display, distribute, and make that content available only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote within ShareKeyX, and improve the relevant feature. The licence ends when content is deleted except for lawful retention, backups, moderation evidence, and copies already shared by others. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.

12. Privacy, communications, and monitoring

The Privacy Policy explains the data processed for accounts, sessions, Community, AI, billing, providers, affiliates, security, and deletion. We may monitor events and content proportionately for reliability, abuse prevention, moderation, provider reconciliation, legal compliance, and support. Monitoring does not mean that we review every item or guarantee prevention of misuse.

We may send requested service, security, purchase, subscription, privacy, moderation, connected-account, support, referral, or affiliate messages. Optional marketing requires the applicable choice or consent and must offer a withdrawal route. You are responsible for maintaining a deliverable contact method for critical account notices.

13. Moderation, suspension, and termination

You may stop using ShareKeyX, disconnect supported providers, cancel recurring billing through the purchasing provider, and request account deletion. We may limit a feature, preserve an order path in read-only mode, remove content, suspend an account, withhold a disputed promotional benefit or unpaid commission, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for breach, fraud, security, provider direction, legal obligation, or protection of users and the service. Notice and appeal are provided where required and operationally possible.

Termination does not erase accrued rights, provider records, completed transactions, lawful financial or tax evidence, unresolved disputes, moderation evidence, or provisions intended to survive. Account deletion does not itself cancel Apple, Google, Razorpay, broker, or exchange obligations.

14. Third-party services and availability

Providers have separate contracts, privacy notices, maintenance, eligibility, and dispute processes. A link, integration, search result, or availability is not an endorsement. A provider may change, throttle, suspend, reject, correct, or discontinue data or service. We may replace or disable an integration and are not responsible for a provider’s independent acts to the extent permitted by law.

15. Warranties and liability

ShareKeyX is provided on an “as available” and “as permitted” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data or model accuracy, profit, loss avoidance, execution, cancellation, settlement, affiliate approval, commission, or a particular outcome. You are responsible for independent verification, account security, provider review, and lawful use.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, including loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, statutory consumer remedies, data protection duties, or any other liability or right that law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit.

16. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively for a product, provider, security, operational, or legal change. We will provide material notice or renewed acceptance where required. The version accepted for a transaction, publication, or programme event remains part of its audit record.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and any mandatory dispute forum, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Before filing a dispute, contact us so the matter can be investigated and resolved where possible.
