Delete your ShareKeyX account

How deletion works

1. Enter the email address used for your ShareKeyX account.
2. Provide a reason and confirm the acknowledgement.
3. Confirm ownership using the email link sent to you within three days.
4. Confirmed deletion is scheduled within 60 days and can be cancelled until processing begins.

Data deleted and retained

A full-account request covers authentication and ShareKeyX records directly linked to the account, including profile details and saved in-app data. Minimal processing, fraud, security, and legally required records may remain for their applicable retention period. Backup copies expire through the provider's normal cycle.
