Delete your ShareKeyX account
The official public deletion page for the ShareKeyX mobile application and web service. You do not need to sign in to submit a request.
How deletion works
- Enter the email address used for your ShareKeyX account.
- Provide a reason and confirm the acknowledgement.
- Confirm ownership using the email link sent to you within three days.
- Confirmed deletion is scheduled within 60 days and can be cancelled until processing begins.
Data deleted and retained
A full-account request covers authentication and ShareKeyX records directly linked to the account, including profile details and saved in-app data. Minimal processing, fraud, security, and legally required records may remain for their applicable retention period. Backup copies expire through the provider's normal cycle.
