ShareKeyX Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 9 August 2026
Rusaka Technologies Private Limited is committed to making ShareKeyX usable by people with diverse visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological needs. Accessibility is an ongoing product responsibility, not a one-time certification.
1. Our commitment and standard
Our goal for ShareKeyX-owned public and signed-in web experiences is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG explains how to make content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. This statement describes our target and current approach; it is not a claim that every page, state, document, provider interface, or mobile release has been independently certified as fully conformant.
2. Measures built into ShareKeyX
Our owned interfaces are designed to support:
- semantic landmarks, heading structure, descriptive page titles, and a skip-to-content link;
- keyboard navigation, visible focus, logical focus order, and controls with accessible names;
- text resizing and responsive reflow without requiring horizontal page scrolling in ordinary content;
- light and dark themes with semantic colour tokens and non-colour status cues where practicable;
- form labels, instructions, validation messages, error summaries, and status announcements;
- alternative text for meaningful images and labels for icons and interactive charts;
- reduced-motion preferences and avoidance of unnecessary flashing or motion;
- consistent navigation, help access, authentication, and account controls; and
- accessible tables, lists, links, dialogs, Community actions, billing status, and legal documents.
3. Scope and compatibility
This statement covers ShareKeyX-owned pages at sharekeyx.com and the signed-in web application. We aim to support current versions of major browsers, keyboard-only operation, browser zoom, high-contrast or forced-colour preferences, and commonly used screen readers. Results can vary by operating system, browser, assistive technology, language, device, and feature state.
Android and iOS accessibility is assessed separately because native semantics, system settings, store releases, and assistive technologies differ from the website. A passing automated test does not replace manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and device testing.
4. Known and potential limitations
Despite our efforts, limitations can occur in:
- dense market charts, heatmaps, technical indicators, real-time tables, and visual portfolio or order timelines where an equivalent summary may still need improvement;
- AI-generated reports, user-created Community content, uploaded images, external documents, legacy articles, and exported PDFs whose structure or descriptions can vary;
- rapidly updating prices, notifications, moderation state, and provider order status where assistive announcements must avoid becoming disruptive;
- third-party Razorpay, Apple, Google, Supabase authentication, map, KYC/KYB, DigiLocker, broker, exchange, news, and support interfaces that ShareKeyX does not fully control; and
- CAPTCHA, identity verification, or security challenges imposed by a provider.
A third-party limitation does not end our responsibility to offer help with the ShareKeyX journey. We will document, escalate, work around, replace, or provide an alternative where reasonably possible.
5. Alternative access and reasonable assistance
If you cannot access information or complete an account, privacy, billing, support, Community, or affiliate step because of a disability-related barrier, contact us. We can provide the information in an available alternative format, explain a process, accept a supported privacy or grievance request through another channel, or coordinate reasonable assistance. Security, identity, financial, and legal controls still apply, but we will not require a less secure workaround merely because accessibility assistance is requested.
6. Feedback and response process
Email info@sharekeyx.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the barrier, browser/device, and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, broker secrets, or full identity documents.
We will acknowledge the report through the available support process, assess severity and user impact, provide a workaround where possible, and track remediation. Complex third-party or architectural fixes can take longer, but we will communicate material progress and an escalation route. Accessibility-related personal data is used only to investigate, assist, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
7. Assessment and continuous improvement
Our programme combines component standards, code review, linting, automated accessibility checks, responsive and keyboard smoke tests, manual inspection, and issue tracking. We plan periodic screen-reader and real-device testing, accessibility review for major new journeys, and re-assessment after material design-system or provider changes. Known defects are prioritised by severity, frequency, affected task, and absence of a workaround.
