Proposed program terms

Status and acceptance

The referral and affiliate programs described here are proposed and are not accepting applications, generating rewards, accruing commission, or making payouts until ShareKeyX publishes a launch notice and presents the applicable terms for acceptance.

At launch, the accepted version and effective date will govern. Material changes will be notified and applied prospectively except emergency fraud, security, legal, or provider controls.

No guaranteed participation or earnings

Referral or affiliate eligibility, attribution, discounts, qualification, commission, and payouts are subject to published rules, provider verification, lawful operation, available territories, holds, refunds, chargebacks, tax, and fraud review. No click, install, sign-up, code entry, or displayed estimate guarantees a reward or payment.

Records, corrections, and disputes

ShareKeyX intends to use append-only financial and credit records. A refund, chargeback, duplicate, error, or confirmed abuse will create a disclosed adjustment rather than deletion of the original record. Affiliates will receive statements, reason codes, supporting masked evidence, and a defined dispute and appeal window.

• The separately accepted affiliate agreement and effective rate/quality schedule.
• Apple App Store or Google Play purchase, offer, cancellation, and refund rules where applicable.
• Applicable consumer, privacy, tax, marketing, identity-verification, and payment laws.
