Affiliate privacy and data use
A plain-language summary of proposed referral, attribution, verification, risk, and payout data processing.
What this guide covers
A plain-language summary of proposed referral, attribution, verification, risk, and payout data processing.
Information involved
- Account and contact information; invitation and consent records.
- Affiliate application, promotion channels, agreement, KYC/KYB, tax, and masked bank details.
- Signed-link, code, campaign, install, account-attribution, device/security, and limited network-risk evidence.
- Provider-verified purchase, refund, chargeback, commission, statement, withholding, and payout records.
Purpose and access
Data would be used to operate the requested program, verify identity and eligibility, attribute qualifying purchases, prevent abuse, calculate and reconcile credits or commission, make lawful payouts, meet tax/legal duties, resolve disputes, and secure ShareKeyX.
Referrers and affiliates will not receive an invitee's or customer's unmasked identity, KYC, payment, portfolio, bank, tax, IP, or fraud data. Dashboards will use counts, masked evidence, and the minimum explanation needed for transparency and appeal.
Retention and rights
Unaccepted invitation data and raw security signals will use short published retention schedules. Financial, tax, payout, agreement, and fraud evidence may be retained for applicable statutory, dispute, and legal-hold periods. Account deletion will minimise or pseudonymise data that need not be retained.
The main Privacy Policy governs access, correction, deletion, grievance, consent choices, security, providers, and jurisdiction-specific rights. This summary does not replace it.
Authoritative reference points
Store rules, privacy requirements, advertising guidance, and law can change. The current official source and the separately approved ShareKeyX policy control at launch.
