SIS Ltd has proposed a ₹ 120 crore share buyback, its fifth since 2017. The maximum buyback price is set at ₹ 478.50 per share. This follows an 8% stock rise in a month and highlights the company's commitment to returning around ₹ 720 crore to shareholders through various initiatives.

SIS share price was trading at ₹ 330.05 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 25, slightly lower than its previous close, ahead of the board meeting to decide on the buyback of stocks.

SIS share price rose nearly 12% in intraday trade on January 29, following a remarkable 177% increase in profit after tax for Q3FY25.
