Notifications and communication preferences
Control eligible push and email preferences and review the in-app notification inbox.
Open the right place
Account → Notifications
Preferences
Open Notifications from Account to review delivery choices. Transactional, security, privacy, purchase, and account-status communications may still be sent when necessary to operate the service.
Device permission
- Enable the preferred notification categories in ShareKeyX.
- Allow notifications in iOS or Android system settings.
- Open the notification inbox to review recent account messages.
Troubleshooting
If a required notification is absent, confirm the signed-in account, device permission, network access, and registered email before creating a ticket.
Verify before you leave
- In-app preferences and device permission are both enabled where desired.
- The notification inbox belongs to the expected account.
- Operational and security messages remain available when required.
