Products
Premium has Weekly ($4.99 / 150 credits), Monthly ($9.99 / 750 credits), 6 Months ($49.99 / 4,000 credits), and Annual ($99.99 / 10,000 credits) reference products. Advanced has Monthly ($49.99 / 750 credits) and Annual ($599.99 / 10,000 credits) reference products. Research-credit packs are separate 2,500, 12,500, 25,000, and 50,000-credit consumables. Store-localized prices and the confirmation sheet are authoritative.
What credits change
A credit pack funds reports and metered stock chat but does not unlock Premium or Advanced. Credits included with a subscription are granted only after verified purchase and each successful renewal.
Restore access
- Open Account.
- Select Restore Purchases.
- Keep the app open while Apple or Google returns owned transactions.
- If access is still missing, submit a Billing ticket with the store, product, approximate purchase time, and non-secret order reference.
Renewal and cancellation
Manage renewal in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Verify before you leave
- Premium and Advanced subscriptions are distinct recurring products.
- Research-credit packs are separate consumables.
- The localized store confirmation sheet is treated as the authoritative price.
