Request an authenticated export, review job status, or start and cancel a deletion request during the cooling-off period.

Account → Privacy controls
Request your data
- Open Request My Data.
- Confirm the authenticated request.
- Use Export Status to retrieve a completed export before its download window expires.
Delete the account
Delete My Account starts a reviewed deletion workflow with a seven-day cooling-off period. Deletion Request Status lets you review or cancel a pending request while cancellation remains available.
Store subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription held by Apple or Google. Manage the subscription separately in the relevant store.
