Sign-in and account security

Use email, verified mobile OTP, or Sign in with Apple and keep all identities on one account.

Protected screens

Account, AI, Watchlist, Crypto, and Advanced workspaces require authentication. If a signed-out user opens one of these screens, ShareKeyX redirects to Login.

Link another sign-in method

  1. Open Account and select Add Mobile Login, Link Existing Email Account, or Link Sign in with Apple.
  2. Complete the fresh verification challenge.
  3. Confirm that the linked identity appears in Account before signing out.

Security reminders

Never share an OTP, password, API key, TOTP secret, or recovery code in a support ticket. ShareKeyX support will not ask for these secrets.

Verify before you leave

  • The expected email, mobile, or Apple identity is linked to one account.
  • Protected tabs redirect signed-out users to Login.
  • No OTP, password, API key, or recovery code is shared with support.
